There is a huge buzz around CBD at the moment, particularly within the culinary world, there is also a rise in wellness and beauty products available containing CBD Oil. It is claimed that CBD will be one of the top three culinary trends of 2019, according to new research from the National Restaurant Association.
I’ve been using Raised Spirit Organic CBD Oil for a couple of weeks now and wanted to share my experiences and answer the question, what is Organic CBD Oil? and explore the benefits and effects…
What is Organic CBD Oil?
CBD, or Cannabidiol, is a non-intoxicating compound that works naturally in the human body, extracted from specialised varieties of hemp grown organically. The Raised Spirit CBD Oil company is the brainchild of former professional athlete and now health coach Nick Osipczak.
Benefits: Wellness Goddess Kris Carr recently posted about the healing benefits of CBD and I have to say, the potential is very exciting… In brief, CBD Oil can be used to help a whole host of health issues such as anxiety, psoriasis, pain management, and nausea during chemotherapy, colitis and other inflammatory digestive disorders. There is still a lot of research to be done to explore the full potential and uses. If you’re considering using CBD Oil for your own health issues, like any new health supplement it’s always best to consult your health practitioner before introducing anything new into your daily routine.
Effects: I have been using the Raised Spirit Organic CBD Coconut Oil topically. I rub a little into my skin after a bath and it has a gently relaxing effect. Some days my neck and back can ache and the oil has helped ease the aches. The effect is gentle but profound; think gentle like camomile tea or lavender oil yet profoundly relaxing like that feeling after a long hot soak in the bath or a great nights sleep. I’ve been telling everyone about my experience, as it has had a very relaxing and overall incredibly positive impact on my ability to reduce stress levels, unwind and feel truly relaxed- I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
