Greener + Cleaner Dusting
The Greener Cleaner Magnet Duster is a high performance ostrich feather duster and is perfect to gather dust from surfaces all around the home, the long handle is excellent for getting those hard to reach places. The handle is made from 100% natural bamboo, the world’s fastest renewable resource. Following our home renovations we have several lights that are a little tricky to clean, the duster has proved to be very effective when cleaning the glass lights. The quality of the Greener Cleaner Magnet Duster is beautiful and I’d happily hang it up in the kitchen as it looks very pretty with the tonal feathers and elegant bamboo handle. Washing Up
When it comes to washing up LoofCo loofahs are grown using organic principles; using natural, Egyptian-grown fibres to bring simple, yet highly effective cleaning. The LoofCo loofahs is tough and effective at cleaning pots and pans with stubborn grime. We switched to using these Loofas last year and they tend to last around 3 and 12 months. When your loofah is worn out it can be composted, saving landfill. To make your loofah last a little longer rinse and hang from the string loop to air dry. Your loofah can occasionally be refreshed in the washing machine if need be.
Plant Fibre Traditional Brush
The Eddingtons Traditional Plant Fibre Dish Brush quickly became a staple item in our home. We use it everyday for cleaning the pots and pans and couldn’t live without it. This Eddington’s traditional brush is the ideal choice for households who care about sustainability. The long handle provides an excellent grip for cleaning pans. Made from FSC certified wood and metal for durability, you can feel the quality. The brush head is made using plant-derived fibres. The head can even be removed and replaced once the bristles have worn away, saving you money on replacement brushes!
Recycled Cloths
The EcoForce Recycled Multi-Purpose Cloths have proved to be very long lasting and excellent quality. These recycled cloths are highly absorbent and machine washable so they use totally reusable. We switched to the EcoForce Cloths last year and they have lasted for months and months. The texture is thick and extra soft, they can be used wet or dry for a multitude of purposes.
Creating a conscious, sustainable home means making lots of small decisions that can help the planet and the people that produce the products that we buy.
