Organic Skin Care Routine
When it comes to beauty products that I use regularly, I’ve gradually phased out any products that contain nasty chemicals. Now, instead I opt for only natural, non-toxic and organic products. Using natural products is essential to our overall health and wellbeing. *Remember, whatever you apply to your skin ends up in your bloodstream- so keep it natural! Conscious Beauty
I’ve always been of the opinion that ageing is something to be celebrated. It’s important that we honour our health and wellbeing and indulge in a little self-care from time to time. As we age our skin does change and has different needs. Blood circulation slows down and less oxygen is delivered to skin cells, meaning a reduced rate of cell renewal. As a result of this our skin can lose tone, become dehydrated and become wrinkly with age spots. As we age our skin care routine needs to reflect our needs and evolve.
Organic Beauty Essential
Every so often a beauty product comes along and you are just so eternally grateful to have discovered it! The Age Defy+ by Cha Votz Ultimate Wonder Balm has transformed my skin care routine. Firstly, the Ultimate Wonder Balm smells incredible. Created using 16 natural active ingredients this is a skin care routine game-changer. The balm is made from natural anti-ageing ingredients like Rosehip, which regenerates and restores ageing skin, Pomegranate that nourishes the skin with essential fatty acids and Jojoba for balancing the skin oil production.
The Age Defy+ by Cha Votz Ultimate Wonder Balm can be used to cleanse, to effectively melt away makeup, protect cracked lips, nourish cuticles or gently soothe dry skin. You apply the balm using a warm muslin cloth, massage gently over the face and remove with a warm muslin cloth, Afterwards, press a cool cloth over your face and neck. The scent is so relaxing and therapeutic. This has helped my skin to feel soft, avoid getting dry as the seasons change and given me a much improved glow.
Natural Sleep Mask
Following cleansing my skin using the Wonder Balm, I then apply the Age Defy+ by Cha Votz Hydra-Glow Sleep Mask. The Sleep Mask is created from a blend of antioxidant rich active plant ingredients, vitamins and omega oil to stimulate collagen production. The blend of warm citrus notes is designed to clear your mind and soothe nervous tension and aid sleep, it works. I’ve found the Sleep Mask to be gentle, calming and leaves my skin noticeably hydrated. Applying the Sleep Mask, which is more of a creamy consistency than a face mask is easy. You simply rub in the cream onto clean skin and leave it to work its magic. Organic Body Oil
Last but no way least, I use the Age Defy+ by Cha Votz Pure luxe Body Oil. I apply the body oil after a relaxing bath. Developed to lock in hydration, boosting elasticity and improve the tone of the skin. The body oil smells divine and is just the thing for a little self-care moment. Made from a balance of essential oils including Mandarin and Neroli the body oil is both aromatherapy and skin care, so relaxing and indulgent.
